With 22 years of experience as a researcher and lecturer at Hanoi Agricultural University, she transitioned to international NGOs, specializing in development and climate change. At CERDA, she spearheads REDD+ projects, while also training and facilitating for vulnerable groups, particularly ethnic minorities in Vietnam.
